BMS O&M Engineer
Qualifications:
• Male
• The operation and maintenance supervisor must hold a bachelor's degree in engineering (Telecommunications, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering) from an accredited college or university.
• Should have at least five (5) years of experience in related work and be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• It is preferred that the candidate has experience in troubleshooting BACnet, LON, MS/TP, and Modbus systems, as well as building management and control systems. The candidate should have a thorough knowledge of communication protocols such as KNX.
• Experience with operating systems such as Windows for central servers and computers, as well as virtual servers, is also required. The candidate should be familiar with IT networks, and it is preferred that he or she is certified by Siemens in programming and integration with third-party systems such as Modbus, MS/TP, and KNX.
• Willing to start as soon as possible.
