Hadeel International Trading Company, is the leading food distributor in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate stock levels, ensuring seamless supply chain operations, and minimizing discrepancies in inventory records.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability for wholesale, retail, and HORECA sectors.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies in physical inventory and system records.
Collaborate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to forecast demand and plan replenishments.
Maintain accurate records of stock movements, including receipts, dispatches, and transfers.
Implement best practices in inventory management, minimizing stock loss, and improving accuracy.
Analyze inventory data to identify trends, manage slow-moving products, and suggest improvements.
Coordinate with suppliers to track and expedite shipments, ensuring timely availability of goods.
Generate and present detailed inventory reports to management for informed decision-making.
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Inventory Controller, preferably in the food & beverage or FMCG industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret inventory data.
Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Familiarity with the specific inventory requirements of the food distribution industry.
