We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer with experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects within the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering principles, construction management, and project coordination, specifically related to oil and gas facilities, pipelines, refineries, or infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Design:

Lead the civil engineering aspects of EPC projects, ensuring all designs meet industry standards, client specifications, and project requirements.

Develop and review engineering drawings, construction plans, and technical specifications for oil and gas infrastructure, including foundations, structures, roads, pipelines, and facilities.

Construction Supervision:

Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring they align with approved designs, timelines, safety standards, and quality expectations.

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless project execution.

Technical Support:

Provide technical guidance and support during the construction phase, addressing civil engineering challenges and ensuring compliance with codes and regulations.

Perform structural analysis and calculations to ensure the integrity and safety of all civil structures and systems.

Cost and Risk Management:

Prepare and review project cost estimates, budgets, and schedules related to civil engineering components.

Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies in coordination with the project management team.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensure all civil engineering activities comply with industry regulations, company policies, and health and safety standards.

Participate in HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) audits and ensure the implementation of safety measures at the construction site.

Coordination and Reporting:

Work closely with other engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation) to ensure project success.

Prepare progress reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in civil engineering within the oil and gas industry, specifically in EPC project environments.

Strong knowledge of civil design software (AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, etc.) and project management tools.

Proficiency in oil and gas standards and regulations (API, ASME, ASTM, etc.).

Experience in working with pipelines, refineries, or related infrastructure.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
