Job description

Project Manager for Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) oversees the planning, execution and completion of electrical and instrumentation projects within the organization. This role involves managing project teams, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety regulations and timelines and delivering high-quality outcomes within budget constraints.

An Experienced professional having worked in a company with environment of handling different projects as per Saudi Aramco and having deep understanding of Aramco, SABIC, SEC & MAADEN's regulations and practices is essential or similar Client’s t Electrical and Instrumentation procedures.

Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, objectives, deliverables and timelines for E&I projects.

Lead project execution, ensuring adherence to established schedules and milestones.

Build, lead, and motivate project teams including E&I engineers, technicians and support staff.

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource utilization.

Monitor and control project expenditures to stay within budget constraints.

Provide technical leadership and expertise in electrical and instrumentation engineering.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes and safety regulations.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Implement measures to minimize project disruptions and ensure a smooth workflow.

Implement quality control measures to ensure that all E&I work meets or exceeds industry standards.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to uphold quality assurance standards.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and progress reports.

Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices for E&I project management.

Provide feedback to enhance organizational project management methodologies.

Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.

Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment.

Generate regular project status reports for management and stakeholders.

6. Qualification Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

7. Work Experience 10 - 15 Years Proven experience as a Project Manager in E&I projects

8. Industry Preference Must have worked in large Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals and Industrial Projects.

9. Skills Must have worked in ERP Environment & well versed with MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint).

Strong technical knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems and technologies.

Strong Analytical Skills

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Good time management, organizing, follow-up and expediting skills.

Must be Fluent in English.
