Change Management: Manages changes in project scope that affect costs, ensuring all changes are documented and budgeted.
Risk Assessment: Identifies financial risks and develops strategies to mitigate them.
Payment Management: Oversees billing and payment processes, ensuring timely payments and resolving disputes.
