Position Overview:

We are seeking a Civil Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales to identify and secure business opportunities for our company. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical knowledge and industry connections to drive growth and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the construction sector.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships to understand client needs and promote services.

3. Collaborate with project teams to create competitive proposals that meet client requirements.

4. Leverage engineering expertise to convey service benefits and provide insights during discussions.

5. Represent the company at conferences and networking events to promote services and connect with prospects.

6. Work with project managers and engineers to align business development with project capabilities.

7. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

8. Contribute to strategies and marketing initiatives to expand market presence.

9. Prepare regular reports on activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets for management.

10. Set and achieve individual and team sales targets to drive revenue growth through proactive efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry and minimum 1 years in sales.

Fluency in both Arabic and English is a must.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong network and contacts within the construction industry.

Saudi driving license is must.
