Job Responsibilities:
1- Quality Assurance Planning:
?Develop and implement quality assurance plans and procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
2- Quality Control Inspections:
?Conduct regular inspections and audits of materials, processes, and completed work to ensure adherence to quality standards.
3- Material Approval:
?Approve the required materials for execution and ensure they meet the specified technical standards.
4- Monitoring Material Tests:
?Monitor the testing of executed materials and deliver the results to the consultant to ensure the required quality and performance.
5- Documentation Management:
?Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance reports.
6- Testing and Analysis:
?Perform tests on materials and products to verify compliance with specifications. Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements.
7- Non-Conformance Management:
?Identify and document non-conformities, initiate corrective actions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
8- Collaboration with Project Teams:
?Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
9- Supplier Coordination:
?Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the timely delivery of materials needed for drainage projects according to specifications.
10- Training and Support:
?Provide training and guidance to staff on quality control processes and best practices.
11- Continuous Improvement:
?Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance overall quality performance.
12- Compliance with Standards:
?Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
13- Reporting and Communication:
?Prepare and present quality reports to management and stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
14- Risk Assessment:
?Conduct risk assessments related to quality issues and develop mitigation strategies
Requirements:
1- Educational Qualification:
?Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil).
2- Years of Experience:
?A minimum of 7 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control, preferably in construction or industrial projects, especially in rainwater drainage projects.
3- Recognized Certifications:
?Holding accredited certifications such as ISO 9001, NEBOSH, or other relevant quality certifications.
4- Knowledge of Standards:
?Comprehensive understanding of local and international quality standards, as well as regulations and laws related to rainwater drainage projects.
5- Analytical Skills:
?Ability to analyze data and use quality tools such as Six Sigma and Lean Management.
6- Communication Skills:
?Effective communication skills to interact with various teams, including engineers, contractors, and management.
7- Training and Guidance:
?Ability to train and mentor teams on quality practices related to rainwater drainage projects.
8- Documentation Management:
?Experience in managing documentation and reports related to quality activities.
9- Inspections and Monitoring:
?Ability to conduct regular inspections and monitoring of processes and products related to the drainage system.
10- Management and Planning:
?Skills in planning quality procedures and managing teams to achieve quality objectives
Salary and welfare:
1.Monthly package salary: Starting at 13,000-15,000 SR, including accommodation and meals, transportation Telecommunication Fee.
