Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and manage all documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly stored.
• Organize and update electronic and paper-based project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with document management standards and procedures.
• Track and manage document revisions, approvals, and distribution.
• Collaborate with project teams to support documentation requirements.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and other documentation as required.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Document Controller or similar role.
• Familiarity with document control systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in documentation.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
