Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets for MEP services.
2. Identify potential clients in the construction industry, including architects, contractors, and consultants, and establish strong relationships to generate new business opportunities.
3. Conduct sales presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our MEP services.
4. Understand client requirements and provide customized technical solutions that align with their needs.
5. Prepare and submit accurate and competitive sales proposals and quotations to prospective clients.
6. Collaborate with the engineering team to design and develop MEP solutions.
7. Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
8. Participate in trade shows, conferences and industry events to represent our company for MEP services and network with potential clients.
9. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by actively prospecting and qualifying leads.
10. Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and develop long-term relationships.
11. Collaborate with the sales team to forecast sales targets and track performance against goals.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical.
2. Minimum 5 years of KSA experience in the same field.
3. Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, preferably in the MEP industry.
4. Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate technical information and build relationships with clients.
6. Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales deals.
7. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
9. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite.
10. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
