Job Title: Document Control Specialist
Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Document Control Specialist to join our team in Al Khobar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling project documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
1. Document Management: Receive, review, log, and distribute project documents, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
2. Document Control: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project documents, including revisions and approvals.
3. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
5. Quality Assurance: Verify the accuracy and completeness of project documents.
6. Audits and Inspections: Participate in audits and inspections to ensure document control processes are followed.
7. Training and Suppor*: Provide training and support to project teams on document control procedures.
Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business administration).
2. Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in document control, preferably in the oil and gas or construction industry.
3. Skills:
1. Proficient in document management software (e.g., SharePoint, Documentum).
2. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
4. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
4. Certifications: Certified Document Control Specialist (CDCS) or equivalent certification is an asset.
