Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Control (Risk Engineer) to join our team in Jubail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating project risks while ensuring that project objectives are met within scope, schedule, and budget. The role requires extensive experience in risk management, project controls, and cost estimation within the oil and gas industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement risk management frameworks and strategies for projects.
Identify potential project risks, assess their impact, and develop mitigation plans.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk assessments using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
Monitor and track risks throughout the project lifecycle and update risk registers accordingly.
Collaborate with project teams to integrate risk management into project planning and execution.
Analyze project schedules and cost estimates to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Prepare and present risk reports, dashboards, and recommendations to project stakeholders.
Support project managers and senior leadership in decision-making by providing risk-based insights.
Ensure compliance with industry best practices, standards, and client requirements in risk management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in project control and risk management within the oil and gas sector.
Strong knowledge of risk management tools such as Primavera Risk Analysis (PRA), Monte Carlo Simulation, or similar.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and other project control software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
