We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager for a major construction project in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate must have a valid Saudi residency and preferably be residing in Jeddah (though not mandatory).
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Civil Engineering with extensive experience in high-rise buildings (10+ storeys)
- Hotel construction experience is a plus
- 20+ years of industry experience with a strong track record in project management
- Preferred nationalities (in order of priority): Turkish, Eastern European, Yemeni, Jordanian/Palestinian
Salary Range:
- SAR 35,000 - 45,000 (negotiable based on experience)
