We are looking for an experienced Document Controller to join our team at LIDA GULF CONSTRUCTION CO. LLC!
Location ;Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities:
- Manage and archive all project-related documents and records.
- Ensure documents are organized according to approved standards and policies.
- Update and distribute documents to relevant teams and ensure easy access.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of documents and data.
- Work with document management systems such as Aconex, EDMS, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
- Support the engineering and administrative teams in documentation processes.
Qualifications:
Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Previous experience in document control, preferably in the construction industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of electronic document management systems (DMS).
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
