Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in market analysis.
Familiarity with construction materials, methods, and related legal requirements.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Effective communication skills (both verbal and written) to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Other Requirements:
Transferable and valid iqama is a must.

Salary & Benefits:
Salary: 8,000–11,000 SAR (max).
Working Hours: 11 hours per day (including 1-hour break).

Job Description:
As a Procurement Engineer, your role is crucial in ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement for construction projects. You will manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and source high-quality products that meet project specifications. Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, you’ll ensure procurement strategies align with project needs.
Your responsibilities will also involve conducting market research, assessing market trends, performing cost analyses, and identifying potential risks in the supply chain. The role requires the ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and contribute to the successful delivery of construction projects.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project and company objectives.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors for optimal pricing and delivery terms.
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
Prepare and manage procurement-related budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to determine material and equipment needs.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company procurement policies.
Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships to optimize supply chain efficiency.
