About the Role:
We are looking for a talented Presales Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in designing solutions for network infrastructure, security systems, and low current/ELV systems. You will work closely with our sales, engineering, and project teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet our clients’ operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze client requirements and provide customized technical solutions.
Design and document system architectures including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, IP CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, intercom, and other ELV systems.
Prepare BOQs, technical proposals, and solution presentations.
Conduct technical meetings, site surveys, and support commercial negotiations.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to select optimal products and technologies.
Ensure proposed solutions meet local codes and project specifications.
Provide handover and support to the project implementation team.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Electrical, or Communications Engineering.
4+ years of relevant presales experience in KSA market.
Hands-on knowledge of ELV systems (CCTV, ACS, Fire Alarm, PA, etc.).
Strong understanding of network infrastructure and security systems.
Experience in solution design, estimation, and client presentations.
Familiar with Saudi Building Codes and international standards (e.g. NFPA).
Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
Industry certifications (e.g. Cisco, CompTIA, KNX, etc.) are a plus.
Arabic language is a plus; English is required.
