#### **Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team, focusing on villa and residential construction projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in the civil engineering field, with a strong background in villa construction, site development, and project management.

#### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Project Planning & Design:**

- Assist in the preparation and review of project plans, designs, and technical specifications for residential construction, specifically villas.

- Ensure that designs comply with local codes and regulations in the KSA.

- **Site Supervision & Management:**

- Supervise daily site operations, ensuring all work is executed in accordance with safety, quality, and engineering standards.

- Monitor progress and performance against project timelines, identifying potential delays and proactively addressing them.

- Oversee the work of contractors, subcontractors, and construction teams.

- **Quality Control & Assurance:**

- Conduct regular inspections of construction activities, ensuring materials, workmanship, and construction processes meet quality standards.

- Implement corrective actions as needed to maintain the highest quality.

- **Budget & Resource Management:**

- Assist in budget estimation and cost management for construction projects, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.

- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and resources.

- **Health & Safety Compliance:**

- Ensure all site activities adhere to safety regulations and guidelines.

- Promote a safe working environment and mitigate any risks related to construction activities.

- **Reporting & Documentation:**

- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, change orders, and work progress.

- Prepare periodic reports for senior management and clients regarding project status, budget, and timelines.

- **Collaboration:**

- Work closely with architects, designers, and other engineers to ensure all aspects of the villa construction projects are aligned with the overall vision and objectives.

- Collaborate with local authorities for necessary approvals and inspections.

#### **Key Skills & Qualifications:**

- **Education:**

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

- **Experience:**

- 5-8 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, particularly in villa or residential construction in the KSA.

- Experience with site management, project planning, and the use of engineering software.

- **Skills:**

- Strong knowledge of Saudi building codes and construction regulations.

- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.

- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- **Language:**

- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

- **Certifications (optional but preferred):**

- PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification.

- Membership in a recognized professional engineering association (e.g., Saudi Council of Engineers).
