We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Planning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven experience in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring within the construction or engineering industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Monitor project progress and prepare reports on timelines, milestones, and potential delays.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure schedules align with project goals.
Conduct risk analysis and propose mitigation strategies.
Assist in resource planning and cost estimation.
Prepare and maintain cash flow and manpower histograms.
Support in claims and extension of time (EOT) analysis when needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Planning Engineer.
Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
Knowledge of construction methods, project lifecycle, and contract management.
