:DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Supporting the Sales Manager to ensure timely submission of Project Offers
2. Ensuring all Project offers are submitted complying to technical document requirements
3. Support Sales Manager during TQ and TBC documentation of projects.
4. Once PO awarded maintain updated reports, with cross functional follow-ups (NMR approval dates, follow-ups, arrange meetings with Supplier/Customer and Sales Manager incase of any criticalities of any project deliveries.
5. Transfer necessary project data to other departments
6. Weekly follow-up with Documentation, Production and logistics to ensure timely delivery of projects
7. Communicate with Supplier/Customer if instructed by Sales Manager
8. Acquire Data & Provide reports to Sales Manager as per instructions
9. Report weekly updates on Projects under execution to Sales Manager and follow instructions
10. Support Sales Manager in any desk documentation job
