CIVIL ENGINEER (SITE ENGINEER) : B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a fully accredited and reputed University, Must have minimum 8 years experience in Facility Management and maintenance of residential, office and light industrial facilities. Must be experienced in project management related to building construction, design, engineering and on-site construction & maintenance projects and good knowledge in surveying, estimating and site setting out. Must be well versed with IBC building codes, plumbing codes and other US or European building codes. Must also have experience in planning, programming, estimating, scheduling and quality control. Especialty in maintenance unit rate works. Salary depending on experience. Transferable iqama and driving license required.

CIVIL FOREMAN / SUPERVISOR : Have a Diploma or Trade Certificate from Vocational training unit with full apprenticeship training.

Must have 4 years experience in facility maintenance and civil maintenance works, and at least 40% must be in a supervisory position. Must able to guide the activities of construction and maintenance personnel to ensure complete and satisfactory performance of work. Must possess good leadership and supervisory skills and be self-motivated. Shall be able to read and understand engineering design drawings, scope of work, and be fully conversant with applicable construction codes and maintenance standards. Must also have experience in planning and quality control and team management Especialty in maintenance unit rate works Salary depending on experience. Transferable iqama required

CARPENTER (FRAMING/FINISHING)

Have a Diploma in High School & Trade Certificate from Vocational training unit with full apprenticeship training.

Must have 4 years experience in various finishing carpentry, construction and maintenance works. Must be able to repair, maintain and install all carpentry work and related items including, but not limited to, fabricating and placing form work and ceiling insulation; installation of ceiling joints and roof rafters, covering floors with vinyl tiles; fabricating and installing doors and window frames and their related hardware; glazing windows; and carrying out alterations and modifications of residential houses, offices and public buildings. Must be able to read and understand basic drawings. Salary depending on experience. Transferable iqama required

MASON

Have a Diploma in High School & Trade Certificate from Vocational training unit with full apprenticeship training.

Must be 4 years experienced laying concrete block, brick and stone for walls, foundations and other structures, including cast in place reinforced concrete for floors, walls, sidewalks curbs, beams, columns, and panels and other structures. Must also be experienced in tile laying and leveling, expansion joints and formwork. Must be able to use all mason hand tools and all types of power tools such as cutter, drill, compactor, mixer etc. Salary depending on experience. Transferable iqama required

PLUMBER

Have a Diploma in High School & Trade Certificate from Vocational training unit with full apprenticeship training

Must be experienced in installation, maintenance and repair of plumbing installations. Must have good knowledge in assembling, installing and maintaining plastic and metal pipe systems, pipe supports, and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. Must be familiar in using various types of tools and equipment for plumbing/pipefitting works, such as saw, pipe cutter, cutting torch, pipe cutting machines, threading machines, bending machines and others. Must have a good knowledge of plumbing codes and standards and good knowledge of carbon steel, PVC, CPVC pipes and fittings. Shall be able to understand technical drawings. PAINTER (TAPE/SPRAY/BRUSHROLLER)

Secondary School Education

Five (5) years working experience in different types of paint applications including tape fixing. Trained and experienced in the use of automatic taping equipment and airless spray machines. Good knowledge of interior and exterior quality finishes. Understand painting standards and procedures. Salary depending on experience. Transferable iqama required

LABOR/CLEANER/JANITOR

Primary Graduate or High School Graduate

Shall have one (2) years experience in general laboring duties allied to building construction and maintenance, shall be able to understand oral instructions, shall be excellent in physical condition to work in local weather conditions. Salary depending on experience. Transferable iqama required
