We seek a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our supermarket operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining inventory, sales, and supplier records data while ensuring data integrity and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input, update, and maintain records of stock, sales, and vendor details.
- Verify and cross-check data from purchase orders, invoices, and system reports.
- Assist in generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports for inventory and sales analysis.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and store teams to ensure data accuracy in stock movements.
- Monitor discrepancies in data and report inconsistencies to the supervisor.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of company information.
- Support other administrative tasks as required by the operations team.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, preferably in a retail or FMCG environment.

- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
- Experience with ERP or POS systems is an advantage.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic communication skills in English; and Arabic are a plus.
