Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Senior Project Engineer to manage and execute MEB (Mechanical, Electrical & Building) projects in NEOM. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years’ experience working on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects involving MEB works, with a strong ability to lead site operations and coordinate with various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all phases of MEB project execution on-site.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal departments to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Monitor construction progress, resolve on-site issues, and maintain documentation.
• Review drawings, project plans, and technical submittals.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and NEOM standards.
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to management.
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in MEB project execution and site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and MEP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors on-site.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting drawings and project schedules.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Educational background in engineering is preferred but not mandatory.
