We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in both Civil and MEP works to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects to ensure cost-effective project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) based on project drawings and specifications for both Civil and MEP works.
Evaluate and quantify materials, labor, and time requirements.
Monitor project budgets, costs, and cash flow.
Conduct cost estimation, cost control, and value engineering.
Assist in tendering and procurement processes.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients for ongoing updates and coordination.
Ensure all costs are tracked accurately and report cost variations in a timely manner.
Maintain project documentation in accordance with standards and client requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Civil and MEP projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and Quantity Surveying software such as Candy, CostX, or Primavera.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
