Smart Fusion Trading Company is a dynamic and growing organization focused on excellence in product distribution and customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Keeper to join our operations team in Jeddah.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage daily inbound and outbound shipments efficiently and accurately
• Ensure proper receiving, storage, and dispatching of materials and goods
• Use ERP system to update stock movements, inventory levels, and shipping details
• Perform inventory counts regularly and ensure accuracy of stock records
• Identify and track items using part numbers, SKU codes, and other identifiers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to meet operational needs
• Monitor and report on stock discrepancies or damages
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards and company policies
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Keeper, Storekeeper, or similar role
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP systems
• Familiarity with inventory control procedures, part numbering, and labeling
• Good physical condition and ability to lift moderately heavy items
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Basic proficiency in English (reading/writing), Arabic is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a bonus
