Required Experience: 6 to 8 years in project planning
Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Project Plan Development:
o Prepare comprehensive project work plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
o Define key objectives and milestones for each project and ensure they align with the company's strategy.
2. Schedule Management:
o Create accurate schedules using project planning tools (such as Microsoft Project, Primavera).
o Monitor progress and ensure teams adhere to deadlines.
3. Resource Estimation:
o Identify human and material resource needs for each project phase.
o Coordinate with various departments to ensure the necessary resources are available on time.
4. Risk Analysis:
o Assess potential risks that may impact project progress and develop mitigation strategies.
o Prepare periodic reports on potential risks and issues and provide appropriate solutions.
5. Team Communication:
o Work closely with engineering, operational, and procurement teams to ensure the achievement of defined objectives.
o Organize periodic meetings to monitor project progress and discuss challenges.
6. Reporting:
o Provide periodic reports to management on project progress, including performance, schedules, and costs.
o Document all changes and additions to project plans.
Requirements:
• Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
o Additional certifications in project planning (such as PMP) would be an advantage.
• Experience:
o 6-8 years of project planning experience.
• Skills:
o Strong skills in using project planning tools.
o Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on available information.
o Excellent communication skills and ability to work within
