Are you an experienced Project Control Engineer looking for your next opportunity in a dynamic, high-impact environment? Join our project team in Jubail and play a key role in the successful delivery of major EPC projects in the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Monitor project performance using Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques.
- Prepare cost control reports, forecast estimates, and budget performance summaries.
- Interface with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align deliverables.
- Track and manage scope changes and their impacts on schedule and cost.
- Support risk management by identifying and assessing project risks.
- Generate weekly and monthly project reports (dashboards, S-curves, variance analysis).
- Ensure compliance with client standards, procedures, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 3-4 years of project controls experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
- Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Excel (advanced), and cost control systems (SAP, Ecosys).
- Familiarity with EPC project lifecycles and contract structures.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Available in Saudi Arabia for F2F Interview
- Transferrable Iqama
