We are a leading Energy Services Company (ESCO) committed to delivering energy efficiency and sustainability solutions across various sectors. To support our growing operations, we are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Officer – Supply Chain to join our team.
Job Description: The Procurement Officer will be responsible for handling day-to-day procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management to support energy efficiency projects. This role requires close coordination with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services. The selected candidate will report directly to the Procurement Engineer.
Key Responsibilities: Execute procurement processes in accordance with company policies and project requirements
Source and evaluate suppliers for materials, equipment, and services related to energy projects
Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely supply
Coordinate with engineering and project teams to verify technical requirements
Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with ISO standards
Support vendor evaluation and performance tracking
Resolve supply chain issues and discrepancies in coordination with concerned departments
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
3–5 years of relevant procurement experience (preferably within an ESCO, construction, or technical environment)
Familiarity with energy efficiency equipment and services is a plus
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory
Proficiency in MS Office and procurement/ERP software
