Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in electrical engineering, with
at least 2-3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Skills:
o Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, systems, and
technologies.
o Proficient in electrical design software.
o Ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
o Experience preparation of TQ, MR, MTA, NMR, PR, PO, MS, &JSA.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
o Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., SAES, NEC, IEC).
o Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, systems, and
designs.
o Proficient in using electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP,
DILUX CALCULATION).
o Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
and deadlines.
o Solid understanding of electrical codes, standards, and regulations (e.g.,
SAES, NEC, IEC).
o Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex
electrical issues.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work
collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
o Knowledge of safety protocols and industry best practices.
