Job Title: Site Supervisor (Iqama Transferrable)
Location: Jubail City, Saudi Arabia
Interview Location: In-Person, Jubail City
Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily site activities and ensure project work is carried out according to schedule and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and labor to ensure smooth site operations.
• Monitor work quality, site safety, and adherence to company standards and regulations.
• Ensure availability of materials, tools, and equipment on site.
• Resolve site issues promptly and report critical matters to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
• Maintain daily progress reports and ensure timely submission of site documentation.
• Assist in executing work as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Perform inspections and support quality control measures.
Qualifications:
• Diploma or vocational qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in site supervision (preferably in infrastructure] projects).
• Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage site teams effectively.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
• Proficiency in maintaining site documentation and reporting.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards (e.g., OSHA, local regulations).
