1- Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications
2- Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and BOQs
3- Request and analyze quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
4- Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
5- Apply markups, contingencies, and profit margins to build final pricing
6- Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, planning, engineering)
7- Develop and format commercial and technical bid proposals
8- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and submission deadlines
9- Attend site visits or pre-bid meetings
10- Respond to client clarifications and revise bids as needed
