Contract Title: Construction management services for Neom Projects

It is to be noted that any candidate who has worked for SEC employee or on any project of SEC through a contractor in last 2 years is not eligible to apply. All relevant educational degrees/certificates of the shortlisted candidates are required to be attached.

Educational Certificate/Diploma/Degree.

Experience Certificates.

QA/QC Engineer

Qualification: BS in Engineering or Equivalent, and minimum industry certification from and internationally agency ISO 9001-2015 etc. Acceptable to SEC.

Work Experience:

8(4years as QA/QC electrical engineer in HVDC/HV projects)

Salary Package: 14,000/ SAR.

Other Benefits:

1: The minimum basic monthly salary indicated in above excludes transportation, accommodation, vacation pay, medical care, and of service award, and other benefits.

2: consultant shall pay monthly salaries at the end of the month in Accordance Company with copy of salary slip of each employee with each monthly invoice that indicates salary and all other allowances.

3: Consultant shall provide at least A class medical insurance to all personnel under this Contract as stipulated in Saudi council of cooperative health insurance policy, at no additional cost either to company or consultant personnel.

4: Consultant shall provide family medical insurance as stipulated in Saudi council of cooperative health insurance policy. The medical insurance for four (04) members, (one wife three children) shall be provided by consultant at no additional cost to company or consultant personnel.

5: All personnel shall be recruited on family status, with no additional cost to the company.

Vehicles Requirements

1: Consultant when directed in a written notice by company, shall provide vehicles for use of consultant.

2: the vehicle quantity set forth are estimated vehicle requirement and it should not be construed as definitive requirements for vehicle.

3: consultant shall provide adequate number of vehicles for the performance of work under Contract as directed by company.

4: All vehicle’s to be provided by consultant under this contract shall comply with applicable company and Saudi government safety regulations.

5: consultant shall provide replacement of vehicle in case of accident or breakdown otherwise penalty shall apply in accordance.

6: Company shall approve the provision of vehicle to consultant personnel as per work requirements.

7: Consultant shall provide, at no additional cost to company, accommodation allowance for consultant personnel assigned under this contract equal 25% of basic salary. The range shall be limited 18,000 up to 30,000 SAR.

8: Consultant shall provide at no additional cost to company transportation for consultant's personnel assigned under this contract.

9: During the constructions stage, company thru its construction contractors will provide at project locations only, site office facility for consultant personnel with air conditioning heating system, all office furniture telephone toilet facility and office maintenance.

10: We have to provide brand new car vehicle 4 cylinder to selected employee. He must have driven license further we also provide per month 1200 SAR for the fuel expenses.
