• Job: Mechanical Engineer (fire alarm & Fire Fighting system)

• Job Location: Riyadh

• Experience: 3+ years (Fresh Home Country Experienced Candidates )

• Language: English + (Arabic Preferred)

• Qualification: Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering

• Salary Package: 2700 SAR- 3500 SAR (Apply if you accept this salary package otherwise please do not apply & ignore the advertisement )

We are looking for Mechanical Engineer specializing in fire alarm systems typically designs, installs, and maintains fire suppression and alarm systems, often working within the context of building codes and regulations. They need to understand fluid dynamics, heat transfer, and fire behavior to ensure effective fire protection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design:

Engineers design fire suppression systems (e.g., sprinkler systems) and fire alarm systems (e.g., smoke detectors, alarms).

• Installation:

They may oversee the installation of fire protection systems, ensuring they meet code and safety standards.

• Maintenance:

Engineers may be involved in maintaining and inspecting fire protection systems to ensure their functionality and reliability.

• Code Compliance:

They need to stay current with building codes and regulations (e.g., NFPA, ICC) to ensure compliance.

• Collaboration:

They often work with architects, other engineers, and contractors to integrate fire protection systems into building design.

• Testing and Commissioning:

Engineers may be involved in testing and commissioning new fire protection systems to ensure they operate correctly.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Engineering Fundamentals: Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, including fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and heat transfer.

• Fire Dynamics: Knowledge of how fire behaves and how to design systems to suppress or control it.

• Building Codes: Familiarity with relevant building codes and fire safety standards.

• CAD Software: Proficiency in using CAD software for creating design drawings.

• Technical Communication: Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely.

• Problem-solving: Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems with fire protection systems.
