About the Role:
Ocean International is currently seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Engineer to join our team for a key Saudi Electricity Project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on-site, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures in line with SEC and national regulations
Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
Prepare and maintain HSE documentation including incident reports and safety records
Deliver HSE training and toolbox talks to site personnel
Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment by all workers
Report any unsafe conditions and work closely with site management for prompt resolution
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline
Certified HSE qualifications
Experience in Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) projects is a strong advantage
