Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction project management
- At least 7+ years of relevant experience in the Gulf region
- Proven leadership and site coordination capabilities
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise civil and structural construction activities
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and procurement teams
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality compliance
- Ensure adherence to international safety standards and regulations
- Interface with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities
- Prepare progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies
- Lead on-site teams and manage subcontractors
- Oversee resource planning, material procurement, and logistics
- Conduct site inspections and resolve construction issues
- Enforce best practices in quality control and safety management
