We are actively looking for a Planning Estimation Engineer with solid experience in HVAC, Fire Fighting, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works to support our ongoing and upcoming projects across Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop accurate cost estimates and project schedules for multi-discipline MEP systems (HVAC, Fire Protection, Instrumentation, etc.).
* Review tender documents, technical drawings, and specifications to prepare BOQs and proposals.
* Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and execution teams to align resource planning with project timelines.
* Prepare and monitor baseline programs, look-ahead schedules, and resource histograms.
* Conduct risk assessments and value engineering to optimize costs and performance.
* Support pre-contract and post-contract activities, including client communications and subcontractor negotiations.
* Ensure compliance with project timelines, budget constraints, and technical standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 3+ years of ARAMCO experience in MEP estimation and planning.
- Hands-on knowledge of HVAC, fire fighting, and instrumentation systems.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and Excel.
- Strong understanding of tendering processes and contract documentation.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
