Role & Responsibility
- Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards.
- Carefully maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions.
- Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting.
- Identify training needs and take action to ensure company-wide compliance.
- Assist operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels.
- Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
- Develop or update company complaint and inspection procedures to ensure capture and investigation, as well as proper documentation.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
ACADEMIC: Mechanical Supervisor shall be minimum Diploma / Degree in MECHANICAL engineering, or higher.
Proficiency in CAD software for drafting and reviewing mechanical designs, with the ability to interpret and analyze engineering drawings and schematics accurately.
Strong skills in utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office tools for documentation, reporting, and data analysis.
Proficient in reading, writing and speaking the English language.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Mechanical Supervisor in related industry (e.g., industrial oil and gas production or petrochemical projects), out of that minimum 3 years at an EPC Project Site at and SAUDI ARAMCO Project site experience will be an added advantage.
