We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Civil Site Engineer with 6 years of proven experience in executing and managing civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site activities, ensuring quality control, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
#### **Key Responsibilities:**
* Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations and construction activities.
* Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and safety standards.
* Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
* Monitor progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports.
* Conduct site inspections and ensure quality assurance and control.
* Resolve site-related issues and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
* Review and interpret technical drawings and designs.
* Manage material procurement and site logistics.
* Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
#### **Required Qualifications and Skills:**
* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
* Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in civil site execution and supervision.
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
* Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other engineering tools.
* Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
#### **Preferred Experience:**
* Exposure to residential/commercial/industrial/infrastructure projects.
* Familiarity with project management tools and ERP systems.
* Knowledge of safety and environmental compliance standards.
