Job Opportunity: Quantity Surveyor (QS) – Civil Project
???? Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
???? Experience: Minimum 10 years in Civil Construction Projects

???? Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review Interim Payment Certificates (IPC)
Prepare, evaluate, and update Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
Responsible for cost control, estimation, and variation claims
Track project progress, material take-offs, and site measurements
Prepare reports and assist in contract administration
Must be proficient in AutoCAD for quantity calculations and drawing reviews
???? Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
At least 10 years of relevant experience in civil construction projects (preferably in Saudi Arabia or GCC)
Strong understanding of contracts, specifications, and drawings
Excellent skills in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS software
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
