We are looking for a distinguished electrical engineer with the knowledge and experience necessary to contribute to the efficient and high-quality implementation of residential villa projects. You will be part of a dynamic team and will have the opportunity to apply your skills throughout all phases of the project.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
* 6 to 10 years of practical experience in the housing sector, specifically in electrical, lighting, and low-voltage systems in residential villas.
* Strong knowledge of the fundamentals of designing and implementing electrical systems in housing projects, with a focus on villas.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering and electrical drawings.
* Good knowledge of building and electrical systems-related laws and regulations (such as the Saudi Building Code).
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
Main Responsibilities:
* Supervising the implementation of electrical works (lighting, power systems, low current) at project sites.
* Ensuring compliance with engineering specifications and standards and quality for electrical systems.
* Monitoring project schedules and ensuring on-time delivery of electrical works.
* Coordinating with various work teams, contractors, and suppliers.
* Preparing periodic technical reports related to electrical work.
For foreign candidates: Sponsorship will be transferred after a successful probation period.
Work Location: Mecca, Saudi Arabia.
