We are looking for an outstanding mechanical engineer with the knowledge and experience necessary to contribute to the efficient and high-quality implementation of residential villa projects. You will be part of a dynamic team and have the opportunity to apply your skills throughout all phases of the project.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
* 6 to 10 years of practical experience in the housing sector, specifically in HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems in residential villas.
* Strong understanding of the fundamentals of designing and implementing mechanical systems in housing projects, with a focus on villas.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering and mechanical drawings.
* Good knowledge of building and mechanical systems-related laws and regulations (such as the Saudi Building Code).
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervising the implementation of mechanical works (air conditioning, plumbing, firefighting) at project sites.
* Ensuring compliance with engineering specifications and standards and quality for mechanical systems.
* Monitoring project schedules and ensuring on-time delivery of mechanical works.
* Coordinating with various work teams, contractors, and suppliers.
* Preparing periodic technical reports related to mechanical work.
For foreign candidates: Sponsorship will be transferred after a successful probation period.
