We Are Hiring – Estimation Engineer (Project Management Department)
We are seeking an experienced Estimation Engineer to join our Project Management Department with strong background in civil and construction works. Ideal candidates should have the following qualifications:
Extensive experience in civil and building construction, including:
Structural works
Concrete and asphalt works
Site development
Underground utilities
Proficient in preparing accurate cost estimates for:
Labor
Materials
Equipment and machinery
Subcontractor works
Contingencies and overheads
Ability to interpret project drawings, specifications, and technical documents
Skilled in preparing comprehensive bid proposals including:
Scope of work
Bill of quantities (BOQ)
Project timeline and milestones
Cost breakdown and resource allocation
Familiarity with project planning tools (Primavera, MS Project) is an advantage
Strong understanding of local market rates, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
Must be detail-oriented, analytical, and organized
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
Driving license required
Experience working with SABIC or its affiliates is a strong plus
