Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and Saudization (Nitaqat compliance).
Oversee employee relations, payroll, and HR policies.
Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company regulations.
Lead training & development programs.
Handle grievances and maintain a positive work environment

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or Related filed.
Minimum 5-10 years relevant experience. in Saudi
Expert in MS Office & ERP systems.

HR certifications preferred.
Excellent communications in English & Arabic.
