'- Managing the planning and construction stages of construction projects
- Preparing work schedules in collaboration with the other team and Subcontractor and overseeing mechanical construction processes.
- Ensuring that performing regular tests and inspection including the mechanical material inspection and control on procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Documenting processes and keeping detailed construction logs.
- Reporting and Presenting construction project progress updates to clients and senior managers.
- Oversee the daily operations of construction sites and coordinate activities of subcontractors and staff.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical advice to project stakeholders.
- Manage project resources, equipment, and materials efficiency.
- Implement safety and compliance protocols to create a secure work environment.
- Report regularly on project status to senior management and clients.

Qualification
Major / Degree:
'1) Min. 2 year Course or Bachelor's degree or equivalent
2) Mechanical or Materials Engineering background preferred
