We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Engineer to join a contracting company based in the Jeddah region of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in civil engineering, demonstrating a high level of commitment, integrity, and loyalty to organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage construction and maintenance projects from conception to completion.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and local building codes.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers on project planning and execution.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Handle As-Built and Shop Drawing. Prepares & develop engineering CAD drawings including basic arrangements, layouts, and flowsheet from rough sketches or from engineering design information.
• Excellent knowledge in preparing BOQ and Quantity Surveying.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil or structural engineering.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• This is a mid-level job. A candidate with experience in Civil, Electro-Mechanical, and Plumbing product knowledge is a must.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro, Primavera or similar.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Transferable Iqama preferred (for candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia).
