Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team for a prestigious luxury car workshop and showroom project in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering design, site planning, and construction supervision, with expertise in the latest engineering software and project management tools.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and review site layout plans, grading plans, utility plans, and drainage systems for the

project.

• Ensure compliance with Saudi building codes, regulations, and international standards.

• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to optimize design efficiency.

• Conduct site inspections and supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to design

specifications.

• Prepare technical reports, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and construction documentation.

• Utilize BIM (Revit, Civil 3D), AutoCAD, and other civil engineering software for accurate

modeling and drafting.

• Coordinate with project stakeholders to resolve design and construction challenges.

• Monitor project progress, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in civil engineering design & site supervision, preferably in

commercial, industrial, or automotive projects.

• Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Revit, BIM 360, and other civil engineering software.

• Strong knowledge of earthworks, road design, stormwater drainage, and utility networks.

• Familiarity with Saudi Aramco, SEC, and municipal authority standards is a plus.

• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
