About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and qualified Civil Site Engineer to join our team for an industrial electrical substation project. The candidate will be responsible for supervising civil site works, ensuring compliance with SEC standards, and supporting technical documentation, including shop drawings and bar bending schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all civil construction activities on-site.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedule.
- Prepare and develop shop drawings and bar bending schedules (BBS) for various projects.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve site issues and ensure workflow continuity.
- Monitor daily site progress and prepare reports, inspections, and documentation as needed.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies.
- Perform inspections and rectification of non-conformities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in electrical substation or similar industrial projects.
- Experience working with SEC or other government utility clients.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong experience in preparing shop drawings and bar bending schedules.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Valid Saudi driving license.
- A transferable Iqama is required.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SEC approval is a Plus.
- Familiarity with Saudi civil codes and SEC documentation standards.
