Practical experience in Document Control for engineering or consultancy projects

Good command of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to organize files, prepare document indexes, and track updates and versions
Strong skills in document search, reviewing revisions, and maintaining confidentiality
