Responsibilities

Oversee the operations and maintenance of oil and gas facilities to ensure optimal performance.

Develop, implement, and manage maintenance programs and schedules for equipment and systems.

Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify operational inefficiencies and safety hazards.

Collaborate with project teams to support the design and commissioning of new facilities and upgrades.

Analyze performance data and implement strategies for process improvements and cost reductions.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental laws, and company policies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering.

15 to 20 years of experience in operations and maintenance within the oil and gas industry.

Strong understanding of industry standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.

Proven track record of optimizing maintenance processes and enhancing operational efficiency.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex engineering challenges.

Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey technical information clearly.
