Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage all QA/QC activities within the department.
• Maintain records of NCRs and track corrective actions taken against suppliers.
• Analyse and close NCRs raised by clients.
• Conduct incoming inspections of warehouse and project materials.
• Report damages, rejections, or acceptances to the relevant department.
• Review MTCs (Mill Test Certificates) for stock and project orders; ensure proper backup of MTCs and TDS for each sales order.
• Maintain calibration records of QC equipment and instruments.
• Keep documentation up to date for client and third-party inspections (TPI).
• Conduct material inspections, review related documents, and ensure complete documentation backup.
