• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in planning and cost control (preferably in construction or oil & gas)
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Excel
• PMP certification is a plus
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
• Knowledge of HSE and quality systems

• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets
• Track progress and analyze cost performance
• Coordinate with project teams and contractors
• Provide reports and forecasts to management
