Main duties for Deputy HR Manager 1) Responsible for interpreting local human resources policies; 2) Reviewing contracts for expatriate employees and handling HR-related tasks; 3) Assisting daily management and performance evaluation of company employees; 4) Establishing a human resources management system for local Saudi employees; 5) Assisting in the management of daily employee training and insurance-related matters; 6) Managing local employees’ salary and performance.
